Ingredients:
110g Digestive biscuits (any biscuits oso can actually)
250gm cream cheese
200ml of whipping cream/heavy cream/pastry topping
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
10 oreo biscuits
90gm melted butter
( no sugar added bcox i used pastry topping which contains sugar in it oredy *wink*)
Step 2: Crush d digestive biscuits in a sealed plastic bag. Use a cup to smash it!! *oh my english*
Step 3: Mix d crushed biscuits and melted butter and press d mixture firmly into the cupcake moulds and chilled it in d fridge for at least 30 mins
Step 4: Mix cream cheese, vanilla essence and lemon juice~ Stir til a creamy texture is formed
Step 5: Whip the pastry topping in another mixer bowl *remember not to overwhip*
Step 6: Combined d creamcheese and whipped topping. Continue to whip til u get a smooth texture. Throw in d crushed oreos *yum* and stir it~
Final step: Pour d mixture into d chilled crust, decorate it and chilled it in the fridge overnite~
