~Now Elibody Can.....Bake!!~

Airasia is so famous with the motto " Now elibody can ply  " so as a true Malaysian who copy cats *wicked smile* i oso come n change d motto lor  to "now elibody can bake".i noe...itz sounds lame!!.

Well anyway,  never in a thousand years i could have imagine that i can make dis!!!! I thought my cooking skills limited to fried egg with bawang nia *nah just kidding*

D cake needs improvement tho on d texture~but this time the crust is better becox i practically throw half of the butter stick (125g) into the crust!!  Tips from sifu : More butter (the WHOLE STICK!!), the crust will stick better n will nt break easily. Oh yea this time instead of pastry topping i used whipped cream~Itz freaking expensive cox ANCHOR is a famous NZ brand~RM19.95 for 1L...

N so, i have discovered my new *talent*, so called lar, besides eating!!  Btw i found that baking is one way to lepas stress ~anyway itz super easy for lazy bums like me..if u dun like oreo, u can mix fruits/yoghurt/choc etc into it~ u guys can try it too~just remember me when u make one *SHaring is caring bah* ~~ *grins*
